Go to another store, (not Torrington) even with sticking with Delenes. It's a shame because Delenes is a good family run company.

Torrington store. Trouble from the beginning. Mismeaured. Installers had to come twice. No communication. Had to keep calling store to find out what was going on. Would have not even been concerned about this except color of the carpet is not what we picked and absolutely no follow up from company to see how things went. Was going to let it go but just had to replace a different carpet went to Lowes awesome experience. I do want to add I had no complaints about the company installing for Dalene they were excellent.
