I came in with a mess on my head from trying to dye my hair myself and they really helped to tone my hair down and color correct my mistake that I made. I couldn’t get the color that I wanted right away without further damage but I got a pretty color where I definitely feel better to where I can actually go out without having to wear a hat to hide my hair. And the owner was very sweet and caring about me liking my hair & helpful. I will be back in a few months to get the color that I originally tried to do myself. ?Services: Hair straightening

Love this salon! I’ve been here about a 1/2 dozen times since I moved to Torrington. Jacki is a top-notch hairdresser and she always listens to what I’m asking for in a haircut. The salon is clean and has a great vibe. I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found Create!Services: Haircut

I truly ? going to Create to get my hair done. Shes so sweet and kind and she always makes sure that my hair looks the way I want it to. She also gives me ideas on what to do with my hair so it looks good and is lighter on my head. I LOVE CREATE SALON and SPA! I recommend Create to everyone who wants a great haircut or dye ! She truly cares about the people who come to her beautiful salon! ? ?
