After tearing my Achilles tendon and having surgery last year, I worked with Ruben and team throughout my physical therapy. From the very first session, he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in my recovery. He explained every exercise and progression clearly, always tailoring the plan to my specific goals of getting back to an active lifestyle.

Because John had such a positive experience I also went to integrated rehabilitation. I was seen by Dakota and Rubin. Both therapists were very competent, Knowledgeable and had an great deal compassion. I am very pleased with the services I received here. I will definitely recommend any family and friends to be seen at this location in Tolland, Connecticut.

Ruben and his team were excellent. I spent 16 weeks with them and they helped me rehab a badly torn shoulder. It's up to me to keep it up but I couldn't have done it without their direction. Can't say enough about their professionalism and we had some fun there, too.
