Amazing service! Our furnace died this morning. I called at 7:50, they arrived by 8:20! The techs were knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. 10 stars wouldn’t be enough!!

Thomaston Comfort Control technicians Danny and Tommy were incredibly professional! From the minute they entered my home, they displayed extreme sincerity and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill installing my mini split AC unit. I had a minor concern and it was addressed by Kevin and Danny! I highly recommend this company as they hire true professionals and take customer service very seriously! FIVE STARS!

I want to convey my greatest appreciation to the Thomaston team: Richard, Danny, Scott and Lisa G.. They were dedicated, personable, kind and patient throughout the big project we had done this summer changing our old HVAC out to 10 tons of heat pumps. Now, 6 months out I can tell you they did a remarkable job, with an intricate project in a big house, both the heating and cooling works much better than it did with our archaic oil heat and a/c. They have been super responsive even when minor issues came up and corrected them quickly. I would highly recommend them, and for the record their quote came in at 35% less than Encon!
