I wanted to praise TCC for having exceptional customer service, a rare quality nowadays ,I got a call yesterday stating if it would be ok if my oil delivery would be pushed for the next day to which I said fine ,now the next day it is already snowing at 7am so I am like let me shovel some snow for the oil delivery,and I notice a truck’s tire marks ,I came to find out the delivery had already happened at 6:30 that morning,the delivery guy had to start his shift at 5:00am to beat the weather ,now I call that dedication ,little things like that make someone a lifelong customer. thank you again for your dedication to your customers.

So happy I found Thomaston. They have done both heating and AC work for me - both residential and commercial. Cannot recommend highly enough. Super responsive. Now they are the only company I use.
