I have been a patient for about a year and have no complaints for the office. My visits have always been in a timely manner, and Dr Gygi is patient and attentive remember my healthcare challenges and goals. She has even worked with my insurance to get a denied claim obverturned. I often use the patient portal to communicate and get answers within a few hours. I was having an issue with my ears and was flying the next day and was able to get an appointment within hours and was set for my flight. I have a hard time to find a family doctor in Torrington so I researched on google to find a family doctor& it popped out Hartford Health Care. I like here cuz it’s closed to my town & it’s also nice services. I’m happy that I found it. Kimberly Gygi is a nice& friendly doctor.
DrJames and her staff are excellent care providers. Dr. James is thorough and orders all relevant tests. She is patient and takes the time needed to listen to my cares and concerns. Very patient friendly and compassionate provider. Highly recommended.
