I was having trouble with roots growing in the main sewer line from my house and causing the plumbing to back up. My brother came over and cleaned the roots out and got things moving, but I wanted a professional plumber to come out and take a look to see exactly what I was dealing with. I spoke to Larry at United Sewer and he sent JT and Laele out to take a look. They inspected the line with a camera and showed me where some new roots were starting to grow in. The roots were very small at this point, to tiny to remove and not causing an immediate problem, but they suggested that we take a look again in a year and clean the new roots if necessary. On a Saturday, while my kids were taking showers on the second floor of our house and I was washing the dishes in my kitchen sink on the first floor, water was bubbling up into my kitchen sink and fast. I called my plumber and he couldn't come out so he suggested this company. I called and they came right away. They sent a man out by the name of Larry and he was knowledgeable! Larry roto rootered the kitchen sinks drain pipe as the upstairs feeds into it and pulled out a wad of hair like you wouldn't believe! He fixed up the house in no time! United has been wonderful to deal with through a not so wonderful time. We've had several problems at one of our retail shops that required their services and being a commercial business we needed help quick so as not to inconvenience customers with a closure. United has been so quick in responding each time we've called and has been extremely helpful in solving our issues. Thank you Larry!
