Everyone in the office is so wonderful and helpful. Dr. Socarras went above and beyond. He was able to tighten this implant no other dentist would go near AND he confirmed my suspicions about my most recent implants and addressed that problem, too. I’ve seen two other implant specialist since I got my most recent implants and neither of them offered me the education, insight or options Dr. Socarras did. He’s the best there is. I loved the whole team and am so grateful to have found this place.

My mother came to get an extraction of a tooth and the procedure was quick and efficient. All the female staff were wonderful, professional, and compassionate for my mother. No negative part of this review is turned towards those wonderful ladies.
During her procedure, my mother grabbed the male dentist's arm and in result he told her off saying if she grabbed him, he wouldn't continue the extraction and leave. She described the interaction to be extremely harsh and unnecessarily coarse. I understand not wanting your body to be touched and maybe having a strong tone of voice to set a boundary. However, in the context of extracting a tooth (which is a knowingly very scary experience) and the seemingly years of experience this gentleman had, I believe she earned some sympathy to say the least. My mother has a lot of anxiety and when faced with something she fears, has a very visual reaction. You could tell my mother was scared out of her mind. Again, I understand not wanting your body to be touched and the desensitization that comes with preforming tons of procedures over time. However, my mother was ignored by the male dentist after being lectured like a child and was not given a chance to talk like adults. She kept apologizing profusely afterwards, understanding the mistake she made, and the male dentist was nowhere to be seen.
Graciousness and understanding is what makes a great healthcare worker. I understand that some may think harsh navigation when faced with any adversity is the solution but I believe when someone is crying on your chair and your response to them grabbing your arm in fear is a lecture, then I believe you've lost some emotional understanding along the way. My advice for that male dentist is to do some self reflection on how you interact and treat others. The world is not your monochromatic playground where your feelings are law. We are paying you to do a service and we expect some politeness. The fact that you have no empathy to someone so scared is disturbing for a healthcare worker. I have a feeling that this harsh attitude of yours is nothing foreign to those around you and I hope you realize how ugly it is to act that way.
Again, thank you so much to those wonderful ladies. You guys are the ones that keep the great wheel of healthcare turning and I hope you can tell that all those stars above are for you.

I have always had good experiences at Lasting Smiles. Very nice employees, dentist is great, very nice! Office is friendly and neat!!!

I went yesterday I had a abscess. I don't like going to the dentist but I went ti Lasting Smiles. Everyone there was so nice to me.im embarrassed of my teeth but they made me feel comfortable and told me there's things to help with my teeth.i felt comfortable. I will go back ti them.

The entire experience was seamless—from check-in to checkout—and you can really tell how thoughtfully everything is run. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful—gentle, thorough, and made what is usually a stressful experience feel easy. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely recommend it to my family.
