“Colin Healy is an excellent person and designer. We did extensive design work with Colin, adding a Sunroom, 2 bedrooms, and extending the kitchen on our older home.

The roofing joining the new addition to the old construction was complicated. Our experienced framing carpenter said that he was concerned that all would join properly, but when he got to that closing point he said that Colin's drawings were exactly what they needed to be, and exactly as shown on the drawings.

Also the extension of our kitchen had a problem where the new kitchen exterior door from the deck would conflict with a older window in another room at 90 degrees to the kitchen. Colin solved the problem with a sliding exterior pocket door for the kitchen extension.

Colin was always interested in the best results for us. If you have the chance to work with Colin, do it -- you won't be sorry.“
