He is also an electrician so he has done that too. The order arrived well packaged and on schedule, but ultimately did not meet our expectations of what the manufacturer listed on their webpage. Even though Dzine Elements clearly stated in their T&Cs that all sales are final, they graciously agreed in our case to accept the product back for a full refund. For that they deserve 5 stars.
