Maria is the absolute best! My hair was so badly done by someone else and Maria fixed the color which was very complicated, and did a beautiful job. She's also such a nice caring person. I can't say enough good things about Rachel's Hair Boutique!
I have followed Rachel (the new owner) from her previous location in Westerly RI to Stratford, CT because she is so worth it! She’s an amazing colorist and artist with scissors and shears! She understands hair and how it lays and texturizes expertly! She always has you feel like a million bucks! ❣
