Huge shout out to Dr. Hoos at the Brush and Floss Dental Center in Stratford 😃😃😃 I have had an ongoing problem with an area in my mouth that he corrected in an hour today 🤗🤗🤗 I cannot tell you what a difference there is. I have been going to this dental center for over 40 years and have never ever been disappointed. Dr. Hoos assisted by Kevin made me so comfortable and even gave me a blanket because I was chilly 😂😂 I highly recommend the Brush and Floss Center in Stratford, Ct. for all your dental needs 🥰🥰

Had a great experience at Brush & Floss today! Everyone was so nice & knowledgeable from the first phone call to make the appointment through until I was finished today! They also have a great program for people without dental insurance. The dental hygienist Essel was very kind & patient with all my questions. Thank You!

UPDATE: the office manager contacted me to discuss my complaint, and she is what a true service professional is about. This is exactly what I am accustomed to at Brush and Floss. THANK YOU Kristen for being so caring and service oriented. Updated my rating from 2 stars to 5.
The Doctors are great, but the front desk staff is far from great. My wife and I both had procedures and each time we were told we had to pay MUCH MORE that originally quoted. The front desk staff is NOT caring, nor do they have any sort of compassion. It is a dental factory and no care for the patient. Needless to say, we are looking for a new dentist.
