Terrible Service scheduled an appointment 6 weeks in advance from last appointment just to be told that braider does not work here anymore the day of. Where has informing your cliental of any changes that occur? It's unprofessional and I can no longer support going here.

This business is not closed, but the address is wrong. They are located at 60 Access Road in Stratford, CT. The phone number is still the same. I just got my hair shampooed, deep conditioned, and braided with extensions by a lady named Cherelle. She did a phenomenal job. She was focused and very nice. 1 hour to wash, condition, and dry (she portioned out the hair while I was under the dryer so she used her time wisely, which I appreciated) and then 5 hours for the braiding (box braids in the back with cornrows in the front). The price was worth it.

I received a gel refill here. And I was completely displeased with it. She shaved down my fill never cleaned the inside, she simply applied a polish like fill. When I asked her to oval my nails she said it couldn't be done, because that would mean reapplying gel to my nail. This salon is a scam, and if you want your refills done right you shouldn't come here. It was my first and last time I come here
