Advanced Radiology Consultants - Stratford

I came to this location three times and the same three ladies took great care of me each time I came to this location Krystin the Rn Lisa the Pca and Dianne the RtR/CT Tech they are awesome very welcoming and so very pleasant I've only known these ladies the three times I came and they make me feel comfortable to come and each time I come to this office I pray I have the same people because I hate needles mainly IVs and the way they made me feel comfortable with giving me the IV I would recommend them always their are great workers at this location wouldn't trade for any other location they are the best of the best in my opinion

I had a incredible experience with advanced radiology in Stratford I’ve had plenty of mris and iv’s in my time and this was the first time my iv didn’t hurt and I was correctly walked through and catered to during the mri process. The mri tec Sami was incredible and the rest of the staff was also very friendly making the process very easy and quick to get through I’ll now recommend them to friends and family and schedule any future mris or screenings with them.

Do not go here! Instead go to the Bridgeport Hospital/Yale Radiology right across the street! I tried calling two days in a row to get scheduled and they claimed they never received my info. They won't schedule you without the information from the doctor. I had my doctor send the request to them multiple times via fax. I needed an X-ray ASAP of my neck for pain/tingling/numbness that was getting worse. I ended up having my doctor send it to Yale and within 10 minutes they had all my information and was ready to schedule. I got the X-ray done and the results back a whole week before Advanced Radiology decided to finally call me back trying to schedule! Don't waste your time especially if you need a test done right away like I did!

She was very patient with me & also tried to be fast so I didn't have to stand lo g but very thorough.

I had the best experience today than I have ever had before. It was so easy. The tech was so knowledgeable. She was able to ease my anxiety. I will be honest, this is the first time I have had such a positive experience. My tech's name, I hope I have it right, was Valerie. She was amazing.

Wait time was very short, reception staff and mammo tech were great.
My only concern is that I experienced a burning sensation on my chest immediately after the mammogram.
Upon arriving home, I saw that I had a red, bumpy, very strong sunburn type rash on my chest.
Perhaps from the sanitizing solution used to clean the
machine?
I’ve had numerous mammograms in the past, probably more than 25 , but this is the first time I’ve ever any a rash.

From the front desk to the end of my visit my appointment was amazing! Everyone worked as a team while being short staffed, but you couldn’t notice since the staff still treated you like you were important! Danielle and Casey were amazing very informative and comforting! Thank you!

Staff canceled my appointment the day of scheduled appointment due to staff internal issues
