I've been on the emergency service and from the initial care to the medical team I received a lot of attention and they were all helpful. The physician was super attentive and explained everything I had. I left there with my problem solved.
We’ve had mixed experiences. We brought our 3 year old son for a cut on his head and they gave him a staple (and didn’t warn him before doing it) and that was pretty traumatizing. His primary doctor couldn’t believe they didn’t just do glue. However, we went today because he had some wheezing and the front desk/x-ray technician was AMAZING. My son couldn’t have had a better experience and shes just the best
Had a great experience with UConn Health in Storrs. I was seen right away and barely had any wait time in between the initial screening and seeing my PCP. I saw Katie and she was absolutely amazing. took her time, answered all my questions, and had a great sense of humor as well :)
