Dr.Nguyen was so incredibly thorough and easy to talk to.

Edit: seems like they have enough low star so I’m not going to change my star count but RESPECTFULLY GO TO A NON-UCONN ASSOCIATED URGENT CARE bc you will be paying a crazy amount of money for their services.

A PA there was extremely intelligent, caring, and competent, which saved the visit because the front desk staff and the nurse were both remarkably rude, brusque, and unprofessional (and on a very quiet day.)

I have been going here for over 3 yrs and so has the rest of my family. Im shocked about all the negative reviews. They got myself, my kids and my husband well numerious times! The staff is increadible, PAs are outstanding, professional, experienced and knowledgable! We never have billing issues. People that complain it is too expensive need to be aware that medical care IS expensive, duh.
