I have been going here for years my whole family we love our provider Dr.M and and the rest of the team but some of there receptionist need to be more polite so many times lately I feel like they can’t be bothered with helping you and we are inconveniencing them.
I love my Dr. Hughes at MFP. However when I contact the after hours md it seems I consistently get Dr. Madraswalla. He is impatient and resents being bothered after hours even tho he IS the after hour doc. After two times dealing with him after hours I decided to post a review
Dr. Madraswalla is phenomenal! He takes his time and makes you feel heard. My entire family, kids included from infancy, have been coming to this practice for over 30 years. If you have the chance to choose your care, this is the place you should go. I am a complicated individual who requires 10 or more specialist. Dr. Madraswalla connects with all of them and always has such great memory of what to catch up on even if you haven't seen him in a year! Overall outstanding bedside manner and always a great interaction!
