I have been a patient at MFP since moving to the area in 1977. My husband and now-grown are also patients. This practice has been consistently superb, especially Dr. Madraswalla, who really listens and who actually hears you. And remembers everything about you without being fixated on a computer screen. I never feel rushed, he and the staff are unfailingly kind and caring and accommodating. There is no "doctor is god" arrogance here: the docs are on your team and and they're top-flight competent across ages and conditions. Direct communication with doctors and staff through the practice portal is prompt and extremely helpful to get questions answered or concerns addressed. Virtual health visits and direct call backs from the docs are offered and are a wondeeful help. In short, this practice is truly dedicated to maintaining my family's health. That's incredibly rare in today's world of huge corporate and PE-owned mega-practices that are all about profit and not the patients. I have no idea how MFP is managing this feat, but they are, and their independence is a sign of their values. We are exceptionally fortunate to be cared for by this practice and I highly recommend it to all.
