Selfishly I didn’t want to do a review because of how amazing Rachel did and wanted to keep it a secret. However I couldn’t do that to someone who does such amazing work. She listen to my needs and took care of all my problem areas. I’m a completely new person. I highly recommend receiving hands down the best massage ever!
If you have deep trigger points and have trouble finding anyone that can apply enough pressure to feel like it's making a difference, stop looking. Rachel can apply enough pressure, especially on tender muscles that it is quite painful, and yet very relaxing to try to relax the muscles and breathe through the pressure. She attacked my two worst trigger points in a very intuitive, whole-body way. The following day I feel sore but way more loose and my posture feels better already. I will definitely be going back.
I’m so glad I found Rachel! She is so good at what she does. She seems to intuitively know what my body needs and I always feel amazing when I leave. The ashiatsu massage is a total game changer too. I drive about 45 mins to see her because no one else compares. Would HIGHLY recommend Rachel!
