I got my hair done by Jordan Bono over two years ago now but am still dealing with the damage she did to my hair. She overprocessed my hair to the point where it was silver and falling out in clumps. (It was supposed to be a golden blond balayage). She charged me full price and left me with sopping wet hair because she overbooked and didn’t have time to dry it. On top of that, she was very rude to me and told me it was my fault because I must have something in my hair that caused this that I didn’t tell her about. I was very transparent with her about everything in my hair, as I understand this is important for a stylist to know. I am writing this review because I still can’t go to the hairdresser without horrible anxiety and I think people should know about this. It was horribly unprofessional.

Taylor at Wild Love is amazing! She’s incredibly personable and friendly, which makes every appointment feel relaxed and fun. On top of that, she’s truly talented with hair. She knows exactly what she's doing and always delivers results that I love. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who’s both skilled and a joy to be around!

Beautiful salon that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Everyone that works there is super friendly. I highly recommend seeing Taylor. I missed her doing my hair for the past few years but she is back and literally better than ever. She listens to what you want, does a BEAUTIFUL job and makes sure you are truly satisfied with her services before you leave. She is great to talk to while getting your hair done and makes you feel beautiful when you leave.

I really enjoyed my appointment with Jordan Bono at Wild Love hair salon in Mystic! One of the most important things about the visit was the way she took her time to listen to what I wanted for my hair. We spent at least 10 minutes talking and looking at pictures together. She perfectly cut the back of my hair to achieve the A line slightly stacked bob shape I had been dreaming of. I absolutely love it!! The fresh highlights Jordan gave me added that extra dimension and detail to “ thicken up” my fine hair. I absolutely would recommend her for a haircut and color consultation/ service. The salon itself is very professional and quiet where it’s OK to nod off and relax while processing if you want! Jodie Lattanzi

Jaime is not just a stylist, she’s a wizard with scissors and color! She listens to your hair dreams, makes them come true, and does it all while keeping the conversation flowing with a perfect mix of humor and charm.
The salon itself is a beautiful vibe—think exposed brick walls, a chill atmosphere, and the kind of place where you want to hang out even after your hair is done. It’s like stepping into a Pinterest board but with way more hair magic happening.
Honestly, I can't recommend Jaime and the whole Wild Love crew enough. If you want to leave looking fabulous and feeling like you just made a new best friend, this is your spot. 10/10 would trust Jaime with my hair again... and again... and again.
