I had booked a maintenance appointment through Home Depot where I assumed my Mitsubishi unit was purchased. They canceled last minute and were very rude. I then called Duncklee and they were very friendly, much quicker to get me an appointment, and I love that they are a local business. Today Andy came to my house and was lovely. He was great to chat with, thorough in his work, kind to my dog, and also educated me on my AC system. They were more expensive, but worth it. I highly recommend and will definitely be calling them from now on.

One A/C zone failed, midsummer, ahead of visit in 2 weeks from 8 relatives. Duncklee got a repair person to us in 2 days, only to find that the unit needed to be replaced. Technician measured spaces, found only limited options, and it looked like no time for a replacement.
As longtime customers of Duncklee (split system in prior home - very pleased), even we were surprised by how well this is being handled. Needed replacement was ordered ahead of my signing contract, paying deposit, and was expedited in order to get the equipment in time, rescuing us from having four little kids and their parents exposed to extremely hot summer weather/humidity.
