Zen Spa & Nails LLC is a well-known nail salon celebrated for its high-quality gel manicures, which can last up to 5 weeks. Customers appreciate the personalized service provided by talented technicians who skillfully match base colors to natural nails, ensuring a seamless grow-out. Intricate designs, including the popular "cat eye" style, are available for an additional $10. The salon offers complementary services like a 20-minute back massage, enhancing the overall experience.
While many clients love the skilled work, such as Vicky's UV gel manicures, there are occasional delays with appointments. Customers have reported waiting longer than expected, sometimes up to 45 minutes, due to overbooking. Despite this, the quality of the manicures, which often last over three weeks without chipping, keeps them returning. Additionally, the salon is praised for its quick yet clean and kind service for regular manicures and pedicures. However, some recommend allowing extra time to ensure nails dry completely before leaving.
They are fine but more concerned with getting the job done than actual care for the health of the nails and cuticles. I went here for a couple months and now need to nurse my nails back to health. And just in terms of customer service and general helpfulness they seem to favor certain types of clientele over others.
I took my daughter to Zen for her birthday. The manicurist did a beautiful job--more than any other salon I have taken my daughter to. She even painted tiny little flowers on her nails. Intricate, detailed, beautiful work.
Lulu is the absolute best, I have been seeing her for a couple years now! She is so sweet and patient because I can be a little picky and always gives me exactly what I want! Vicky and Mia are also great!
