I needed to pick up 29 panels of flooring, which are deceptively heavy. I met Anthony, who took the extra effort to have me bring my car to the best location for loading, despite it meaning extra work for him opening a gate. He helped load every piece and offered advice on how to best unload to not hurt my back. He was absolutely lovely and even remembered me on a later visit that week.

I enjoy this store, though it is about 30% smaller than the one in Norwalk it generally has what I'm looking for, also something to note, thigs are usually exactly where the app says they are, which really helps cut down on the time I spend looking for tools and or materials.

Online experience was not good. First order was cancelled by them. Then I called the main number and had them reorder my AC for curbside pickup. It went through. Then my phone notified me the AC was ready for "Curbside" pickup. I enterd my car type, color, spot number, and no one responded. I had to call the store from my curbside spot. They said it was ready for pickup inside. I told them I had asked for curbside pickup. The store employee had to ask a helper to take it curbside. The curbside request did not work.
