Unbelievable experience with Jimmy. I called him at 10am on a snowy Wednesday in full panic mode because I was leaving for a work trip the next morning and desperately needed my hair fixed that same day. The roads were covered in snow, he had never met me, and didn’t know me at all yet he offered to come to the salon at 5pm just to help me.
