I have been going here for five months. The classes are small, so the teachers can give everyone personal attention. The instructors are very professional and explain each movement in detail, which helps a lot—especially for beginners like me. The sessions are high quality, affordable, and perfect for anyone looking to start or improve their Pilates practice. Highly recommend!
Art of Control is a wonderful experience, with great instructors, lots of great equipment and super clean. I take two lessons a week with Carla. She is positive, well trained and an excellent teacher. I feel blessed to take Pilates at Art of Control with Carla.
