Long overdue praise. We hired Shoreline for a significant in ground pool update years back. Tony, who coordinated and managed the process, was so very patient in all of his response to our questions or worries. The quality of every aspect of the job was top notch.We then decided to continue using Shoreline to service and maintain the gorgeous work they had done.I can’t say enough about Paul and Dave. Paul injects thoroughness and humor with every contact. Dave’s responsiveness, customer focus and expertise is above and beyond. We had an excellent experience using Shoreline Pools for the construction of our pool. Our representative, Lance was knowledgeable and communicative throughout the project. In addition, his attention to detail was excellent. Every crew that Shoreline sent was specialized in a particular phase of pool construction. Furthermore, the project was finished more or less when it was supposed to -- an amazing feat given that many things these days are delayed due to Covid.
