Robert was knowledgeable and low-key. I hate the "hard sell", and I appreciate that he did not do that with me. He listened to my concerns and ideas, and then was able to tailor his presentation to my needs. He answered my questions, gave me an estimate and even went over a bit about how to finance the project - all within an hour's time. I will definitely be calling him back when I am ready to move forward with the bathroom remodel.

We originally want to redo everything back in ceramic tiles with our bathroom, but now we’re offered a totally new concept of using different materials. We’ll put this under our consideration and get back to Robert if we want to pursue further with your service.
