I’ve had an outstanding experience training at The Solarium with Dan and his team. After dealing with multiple injuries over the years, I was hesitant to start another fitness program because so many workouts seemed to aggravate old issues or create new ones.

I have been training here for 9.5 years. It has been life changing for me as I have built strength and bone density. The half hour work out session is easier to fit in my schedule and be consistent with great results 2 x a week. Highly recommend.
