This experience was top-notch from the moment we walked in. The vet assistant Diamond was as precious and as valuable as her name. Dr. Allen was by far the best vet we have encountered in the nearly 15 yrs we have had our current cat. The cat has had lots of problems over the years and has seen many doctors. This is the FIRST time we have gotten a cogent diagnosis!!!! Dr. Allen spent so much time with us that we got a crash course in Feline 101We WILL most definitely be back with our cat and any that we get in the future. incredibly rude staff and managers. refuses service to customers for no actual reasons and then lie to your face about it. kicked me out after i caught the manager mid lie. go to the one in Norwalk. much better service.
