I know there have been alot of unhappy reviews for this salon but I had a really great experience today! The manager was great not only on the phone when I called but in person as well. She very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and thoroughly explained all of my options. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable as a first-time customer. She also clearly told me about the month to month and the policy on canceling. The salon was also super clean and welcoming. Great first experience!

Nicole and her team are absolutely exceptional! I always have a wonderful experience every time I visit. Nicole is incredibly sweet, kind, caring, and truly professional. She even remembers my name each time, which makes the experience feel so personal and welcoming. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable while providing thoughtful, personalized guidance. Her warmth and expertise make every visit such a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Nicole who works at the High Ridge Road location was super helpful, friendly, and professional. Was my first time there today, and was very pleased. The place was clean/well kept, the tanning stand-up I used seemed to work just as it should, and again, Nicole was great!
