I just want to make sure everyone knows the employee that I was lucky enough to meet tonight. Kiara is truly kind, caring, and an incredibly informative woman @ PBT in Stamford, CT. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with such warmth and genuine attention that I immediately felt comfortable and valued. She took her time explaining everything in a way that made me feel informed, confident, and cared for (not rushed or dismissed). I had such a wonderful experience at Palm Beach Tanning salon in Stamford CT! From the moment I walked in, Jillian made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every question I had, which intuitively led me to me choose the perfect month-long package for my needs. Great place, nice people, and very clean. As someone who has only tanned sporadically for years, I can confirm that I have had absolutely no issues canceling or restarting my monthly subscription for a few months, every year or two. They follow the corporate rules regarding pricing, and the prices are very straightforward. If you walk in, the prices for a single session are indeed very high, but a single session in a tanning bed doesn't do much, and I think this is likely to help steer people towards the much more cost effective monthly subscription. I would also like to report that I there has never been any push for me to upgrade to the more premium subscriptions, nor any pushy sales tactics regarding the products they sell. Everything has been easy. If this ever changes, I'll change my review, but I doubt that will be the case, unless the business changes drastically. Definitely recommended if you're looking to build your tan.
