Worst place ever, dont come here especially if you are pregnant..
a couple of weeks ago i had an appt at 3:45pm got there on time, they didnt bring me in until like maybe 4:05-4:10pm they got my vitals and all, put me in a room where i was sitting until 5:20pm until the doctor came in. she apologize which it was acceptable but she said that the front keeps letting late people come in even if they are late (what does that has to do with me) then she tells me to try to make an appt early on in the day to avoid this.

One of the worst therapist teams we have ever encounterd.Team has a surly, I could care less attitude. The Psychiatrist tries to push drugs. Therapist we had didn't provided updated notes. At one point our time wascut from 45 minutes to 30 minutes. quit & we were not notified or offered another therapist. Stay away!.
Let me be extremely clear: This review is for Optimus itself, and not the many wonderful employees I've had the pleasure of working with while I've gone there. Most of them are friendly, professional, and well-intentioned people that I'm happy to have worked with. However, the company itself is an ungodly mess, and suffers from severe management issues.
The billing department is either deliberately malicious or completely out to lunch. In the two years I've been coming here, I don't think I've had them give me the same number twice, and am constantly trying to hunt down the actual amount I owe. I am currently staring at a $600 bill for visits I've already paid...read full review
