I was from out of state to visit family when I felt a broken filling. I found Dr. Stephen Poon online and he expertly treated me which was difficult because the decay had spread. Myself being a retired dentist, I do notice how thoughtfully a dentist approaches a problem, how much extra time he takes to do a good job, and does he follow the right steps. Dr. Poon does all of that and most importantly proved that he wants the best result for his patients. He has won my trust and respect.
This is my first visit and it was great. The staff is very professional and cordial and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Poon is very patient and explained all of the issues that need to be addressed. The front desk provided me with all the information I needed for my follow up appts including a detailed insurance breakdown. I didn’t need to ask any questions. They took care of it all!
Very impressed with the care and straightforward plan of dental care of what needs to be done. Pricing and what insurance covers and doesn't was so uncomplicated. Clean and cheerful space. My hygenist Brenda was amazing!
