LaserAway, particularly the Stamford location, offers a great experience with exceptional staff. The facilities are always clean, and the staff is always welcoming, patient, and extremely professional. They have availability and are flexible with appointments, and follow up with reminders. The front desk staff is super friendly and very informative. The nurses are very professional and thorough with their work. Cindy has been great for hair removal and cool sculpting treatments. The Potenza RF micro needling treatment has rejuvenated clients' skin tremendously. The staff goes above and beyond, treating customers with respect and kindness.
Staff is so friendly from the moment I walked in! Reception is nothing short of beautiful, professional and friendly. Nadiya the nurse practitioner is so sweet, well-informed and gentle! She kindly walked me through my appointment, what to expect during and after the treatment and answered all of my questions while providing reassurance. LaserAway is so lucky to have a smart and compassionate nurse practitioner part of their team. Will definitely be coming back to see her :)
