Yarek and his team are skilled and very kind. Came in from Texas and my Sprinter broke down. Yarek let me stay in his yard until they were able to get the Sprinter in and repair it. I would come back in a heartbeat beat.

I’m from Oklahoma , so a long ways from home, I call jr’s and they got me in asap and helped me get back on the road. When so many other local auto repairs wouldn’t ! They showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. They also pointed out other issues that I should get looked at in the near future again showing me…. I highly recommend JR’s as they were honest and straight forward and extremely reasonable on the parts and labor!!

Finally I found a Sprinter mechanic who knows what they're doing! Yarek solved a turbo problem the Mercedes dealer couldn't figure out. He fixes cars like an engineer, analyzing the systems as a whole.At my first appointment I paid for a complete diagnostic - well worth it. They give a link to an online profile of the van, listing all the condition issues, their severity, and recommended services. Since then we've been whittling away at the list. So far I've had them repair my Sprinter's brakes, A/C, turbo, suspension, steering, plus oil changes and filters.Everyone with a Sprinter in the New York region should get it serviced there.
