First I want to start my saying that the owner and her staff are wonderful, kind, patient, understanding, and amazing. I have gone there twice for emergency hair appointments (first time for fixing something that another hair salon told me they could do but botched it & second time for maintenance a day before my vacation *today*). I spoke to the owner over the phone and explained my situation about being turned away from a hair salon that I had spoken to the day before and saying they can do my hair. Natalie took extra care with my nails as I had some damage on the skin when I came into my appointment, was always asking how I was and did an amazing job with my manicure. They also helped me pick out my colors and brainstormed some design ideas. I’m not from here but next time I’m in town I know I’m getting my nails done here!
I had a wonderful experience at fancy Nachlie Nails! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Nathalie was professional, gentle, and skilled—she took the time to make sure I was happy every step of the way. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my nails turned out! The shape, color, and attention to detail are perfect.
