They were apx 1/2 an hour late. The hairstylist who did a very nice job was nice. She said my credit card was declined but it was fine so I used another card and I got charged on each card for the tip. I emailed them but no response.
I had an amazing experience! My two daughters went for one of them to get their hair blown out before school and came back saying they had the best employees who they had a very nice chat with and will definitely be going back to this location.
So-so experience getting an updo. Stylist was not very helpful or friendly but did do a decent job overall. However, within minutes of getting home a large piece of hair had fallen out and required much more pinning than they had done. I also noticed an additional incorrect charge on my receipt for a $15 dollar product, which I’ve reached out to customer service to rectify. Likely will not return.
