I recently began strength training at Core Principles in Stamford, CT. After a serious back injury, I was a bit reluctant to get started. The introduction and the training have been excellent. I have had a really positive experience at Core Principles, and especially with Emily as my trainer. She is friendly, supportive, and works with me every step of the way during my workout. I highly recommend this program to anyone over 55.

I LOVE Core Principles!! It is NOT your average gym and that's why I love it. I started at Core after completing physical therapy for bulging discs and sciatic pain. I wanted to start exercising again, but slowly, to build back my strength after not exercising for months. Core was the perfect fit! While we work in small groups, 6 maximum, the instruction is personal. The trainers (Haylin, Colleen, Emily and Chris) are ALL amazing!! They can modify any exercise to whatever your needs may be.
