Jovanny is a knowledgeable tax preparer who we’ve used since we moved here four years ago. He never makes you feel rushed during your appointments and he does a good job explaining every step of the process with you. It also helps that he’s fully bilingual (English/Spanish). Last year we had an issue where we ended up owing money where I’m used to getting a refund due to a part time job I have where income tax wasn’t being withheld but with his advice we made some adjustments this year and ended up with the sizable tax refund I’m used to receiving. Excellent place to do your taxes, Jovanny is very professional and attentive to every question I have. I have been coming to Avance for 3 years now and look forward to coming back next year.
