Rich was terrific! We truly appreciated him taking the time to explain what this issue is with our central air system and how he will be fixing it. In the interim of the parts needed to fix our unit, Rich adjusted our central ac so that the upper floor would get cool air as well. We feel very confident that about his assessment and the plan to fix it! The initial diagnosis fee was very reasonable!
