We highly recommend Air Solutions. The company installed our boiler/AC system 7 years ago. Have come out for maintenance and today scheduled appointment (within three days of our call!) to to review options for dual zone heating/cooling in our older house. From the beginning, extremely professional company to deal with. From setting up appt to estimate and job actually being done. The 2 gentlemen who were here to perform task were informative, curtious. On the AFTER JOB I was quite DISATISFIED how no one has gotten back to me…I have now emailed 3 times requesting the promised videos of the post cleaning… NO CALLS, NO VIDEO, NO EMAIL..just ignoring my correspondence. But boy were they quick to put my CC huge thru Do I actually know what they did in my vents NO. Sorry to have had to rethink my review! Customer service on the back end is POOR!
