Fox Heating & Cooling is the best. I’ve been a client of theirs for the past 14+ years. Had a furnace issue in March of this year, they responded immediately and corrected the issue quickly. Just had another issue in May, similar circumstances. They again responded immediately. Corrected the problem at no charge when they realized it may have been an issue that wasn’t addressed on the previous service call. They very easily could have just stated that it was an additional issue and charged me for the service call, but no, they treated me like a loyal customer with amazing loyal service. I have been a faithful customer of Fox Heating Services for over two years. I switched to them after another company unsuccessfully attempted to fix my furnace multiple times; charging me each time they came back out to try something else. A friend recommended I call Fox Heating. Mason, from Fox Heating, came out and had it working within a few hours. After he finished, he took the time to explain why my furnace was not working properly, what he did to repair it, and showed me how to properly maintain it. Fox Heating has always provided exceptional service and delivery since we moved here 6 years ago This is why I was baffled as to why the driver this morning shoveled a path across my lawn to the back door. The fill tube is right where it's always been, right next to the driveway. I have concerns about what the office is telling their drivers.
