I don’t think this location gets enough clout.The staff is amazing, helpful, and kind. The equipment is great. It’s the friendliest and nicest environment in CT. I absolutely love this location and you definitely will too. :)

Disheartening to see the place become what it has...locker room with towels and other crap thrown all over the place along with workout areas loaded with people tossing weights around, etc. The only reason I pay the money that I lay out is for a more chilled vibe than what you get at The Edge or Planet Fitness and this no's no longer the case here. Without question, this is a rant that paints me in a bad light, but time for what has always been a great team to get its house in order. I'm not alone with my observations.

Terrific gym with the best of the best as you would expect from Equinox. What makes this gym exceptionally unique is the amount of natural light that comes into all three floors. Every other gym I've been a member of has a window or two but mostly warehouse style. Walking into Equinox Southport, you feel like you're walking into a luxury home!
