“This was my first visit so I can only go by first impressions. Costing more than double my last dentist just down the road ….I had high hopes for the best. I was not disappointed. Definitely the most thorough teeth cleaning I’ve ever had! My teeth are literally gleaming :) Dentist was lovely, very professional and excellent bedside manner. The office itself could use more warming up though. Some relaxing spa music (rather than AC/DC ) and more calming nature scenes on the monitors …I watched helicopter views of New York sky scrapers and traffic jams while getting X-rays! 🫣 ..could make a world of difference. Over all a good experience though and will be going back.“

“Entire staff immediately listened to my needs and scheduled a first apt literally for the following day . Very professional team. Saw me immediately. Very thorough with important health questions etc. Referred me to an oral surgeon for an extraction with sedation. That surgeon was out of network for me so the team immediately made another referral which worked out well. I will continue with this practice for my routine dental care. I feel very confident dr Tara will work with me to develop long term plan .“

“I went to get my teeth cleaned and they didn’t clean my teeth. The dental hygienist said that she ran out of time because the first visit required that she spend more time taking x-rays and going over my dental health. I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled time although I was there 15 minutes prior like they requested. She had a rude demeanor from the beginning to say the least. Isn’t the first visit supposed to be a bit longer whenever you go see a doctor or any medical professional? No dentist on site either. They did give me a card to leave them a review so here I am. I’ll be waiting for the dentist to get back to me, like I asked. We’ll see. This was at the 761 Main Avenue location.

Update: Dr. Giraldo called me and apologized. I'm scheduled to go back and get my teeth cleaned.

Update #2: I went to see Dr. Giraldo, and she did a good job so I'm updating the review. They still need to improve at communicating with patients about what they'll do during the appointment.“

“Dr. Cheung and her staff are extremely skilled and pay great attention to detail. In addition to regular dental work, I also did my Invisalign treatment with them. They did a fantastic job spotting and fixing several issues. The whole experience was professional and comfortable, and the results turned out better than I expected.“

“Everyone was very nice and super professional at the FF office. The only strange thing was that the FF office had an open chair area w 3 chairs and it is not private-so expect your conversation to be around other kids and parents and workers.
The Norwalk office had private rooms but good luck contacting them as I had zero luck with an emergency and their front desk staff will not return calls or pick and can brutal making an appt on multiple occasions. The professional staff in Norwalk is very nice and thorough though. 2 offices 2 very different experiences.
I was able to get a FF MD to pick up my ER call which was very. Norwalk ghosted me-again major communication errors there over the years.“
