“I love the dentist and I hadn’t gone to the dentist for a year. I had turned 21 and I was off my parents dental insurance. I was so scared of transitioning from my kids dentist to an adult dentist. “Everyone was very nice and super professional at the FF office. The only strange thing was that the FF office had an open chair area w 3 chairs and it is not private-so expect your conversation to be around other kids and parents and workers.
The Norwalk office had private rooms but good luck contacting them as I had zero luck with an emergency and their front desk staff will not return calls or pick and can brutal making an appt on multiple occasions. The professional staff in Norwalk is very nice and thorough though. 2 offices 2 very different experiences.
I was able to get a FF MD to pick up my ER call which was very. Norwalk ghosted me-again major communication errors there over the years.“
