My massage was amazing, from laying on the heated table, to the relaxing relief of the massage itself, Alyssa was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable, and a week later, and it’s safe to say the pain I had in my neck and shoulders are nowhere to be found. I highly recommend booking with her whenever you get the chance!
From the outside the building is deceiving. Once you walk in, it’s beautiful. Not only visually, but to all your senses, smell and sound. The staff is very nice. Definitely worth looking at all there many services.
Recently attended a gentle flow yoga class and it was absolutely wonderful. The instructor was kind and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the class, the entire glow was exactly what my body + soul needed. Would definitely come back for another class!
