I’ve been going to this location for 3 years now, the ladies are always nice to my children and myself. Hailey and Autumn are great stylists. Very kid friendly they offer tablets to the kids while getting a haircut. I recommend them and this place.

Big Thank to Tammy for her patience and kindness while cutting my son’s hair today. He was really stressed and having a tough time, but she stayed so calm and gentle with him. i was super excited to book my daughter first hair cut here, since my sister had a great experience years ago with her son. i called on good friday to see if they were open. the first time, i was hung up on before i could even speak, the second time, i was rudely told to book online- i brushed it off and proceeded to book online it kept coming up with an error so i called again to see if it was a glitch- Dawn answered the phone and said “no if you’re getting an error we are fully booked, we are full today you’ll have to try another day” she was beyond rude and had such an attitude. i’ll make my own memory book of my daughter’s first hair cut, i don’t want these rude people going anywhere near my toddler with scissors.

I tried for days to put an appointment I called due to phone number being listed on website and was told several times we don't book over phone. I insisted I tried website but couldn't and how do I than book if I can't book over phone. She was very rude and I didn't understand why if you actively picked up the phone than why you can't book a appointment? Needless to say my son will be going anywhere but here which is sad because he is autistic and loved his 1st haircut. Thanks A lot for great customer service.

First time trying out this place for my daughter's 3rd haircut. I did a day of booking online and had no issues getting in. I found the price for a haircut reasonable in comparison to other salons we had been going to. Hair tinsel was a bit expensive but the stylist was happy to show me what I had been doing wrong when attempting to put hair tinsel in at home. So it was well worth it for the learning experience. My daughter was very happy with her cut. The stylist even braided, added a cute ribbon, and sprayed glitter in her hair. My daughter is usually very shy but she did talk to the stylist a bit. Albeit very softly but big progress for her saying what she wants. Very happy with our experience. My daughter can't wait to come back!

They don't take walk-ins, so we arrived earlier than our appointment time and they all went for lunch and no one met for at least 25 minutes. If you want service, be ready to waste your weekend

Thanks for your reply, but I don’t see the point in calling the manager when the issue is with how the business is run. If the manager knew how to schedule properly, this wouldn’t have happened in the first place. Taking appointments during lunch hours and then leaving customers waiting while putting up an unprofessional 'Went to Lunch 1-1:40' sign is not how a business should operate. Instead of pushing feedback back to the manager, as the owner, you should address this issue and ensure employees have a proper schedule so customers aren’t left waiting. You're losing money because of poor planning—fixing this could easily allow staff to work a full shift with correctly timed breaks
