“Oh Mandy, Mandy, Mandy!....Hah! I had my very first massage at Harmony here in Southington yesterday afternoon. Now coming from someone who was a Massage Therapist back in the day....Mandy was simply amazing. She listened to my detailed areas of concern and she literally hit every spot. She also asked me how deep I would like my massage to be, and I replied with deep but not to deep because I want to enjoy it as well. Lol Her pressure was absolutely on point. Not only was Mandy super sweet but the whole staff was is as well. Now I know it's not fair because I haven't had anyone else, but when I do return, Mandy will be my choice 110%. Thank you again! “have been coming to lux since they opened on and off. recently brought my teenage daughter for her first set of nails and she picked a design that was pretty extravagant, she didn't like them & was upset but didn't say anything until we left. we went back the next day and they completely redid her nails to make sure she was happy, they didn't make a big deal, they wanted to make sure she was happy. they came out great and they didn't charge any extra for the change, which was extensive and time consuming. I appreciate that they did this as nails are very expensive!“
