Jessica Sikora LMT with Light Heart Wellness Center is very welcoming. It was my first appointment with her and definitely plan on returning for consistent work on my hand and wrist. I had a plate and screws put in and was having consistent problems moving my wrist, hand, and fingers. She massaged the tissue and muscles and for the first appointment definitely got me more mobile. She is great at targeting soreness and working on the kinks. I definitely recommend her. She also went out of her way to recommend ideas to keep my swelling down and good circulation until I could be seen by her.
Such an amazing group of very warm n gifted women!! An experience like no other! Michelle is an angel walking this earth! The meditation group I attended was awesome & New Years celebration was a wonderful experience...very impressed...
My mom and I have been going to Jen for years now!! (I honestly lost track but it's been at least 6 years). Jen is amazing, I can not say enough good things about her. She really knows how to work your muscles and address any concerns you have with pain in your joints or in a general area. I'll be going to her for many more years to come!
