Hi all! I just wanted to give a quick review of my experience at Light Heart Wellness Massage a couple weeks ago. I received a 90 minute massage from Jessica Sikora and had an amazing experience! She was extremely professional and really down to earth! Jessie will listen to your needs and will make sure to address whatever ailments you may have. I am one of those that require a little extra strength for my massages and she does not disappoint. I’ve been going to see Jessie a few years now, and I’m really happy to hear she is still local. The facility was very clean and it’s nice in there! Parking and location are very convenient. I already have an appointment scheduled with her in a few weeks! Jessica Sikora LMT with Light Heart Wellness Center is very welcoming. It was my first appointment with her and definitely plan on returning for consistent work on my hand and wrist. I had a plate and screws put in and was having consistent problems moving my wrist, hand, and fingers. She massaged the tissue and muscles and for the first appointment definitely got me more mobile. She is great at targeting soreness and working on the kinks. I definitely recommend her. She also went out of her way to recommend ideas to keep my swelling down and good circulation until I could be seen by her.

My mom and I have been going to Jen for years now!! (I honestly lost track but it's been at least 6 years). Jen is amazing, I can not say enough good things about her. She really knows how to work your muscles and address any concerns you have with pain in your joints or in a general area. I'll be going to her for many more years to come!

I’ve been seeing Jennifer for over a year. She demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and will laser focus into the areas that matter most. I work 12 hour days at a computer, and experience knots in the upper back and and acute tension in my upper and lower neck out to the shoulder. After an hour massage, my shoulders and neck feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Heart of Healing Massage Therapy!
