After my 99 year old mother’s home suffered major fire damage, Crystal Restoration was there to help get the restoration underway. While I was mostly dealing with this unfortunate situation from 3000 miles away in California, Nick quickly coordinated cleanup and abatement and kept me in the loop by giving me frequent updates on progress or potential issues. He also routinely gave advice on how to handle upcoming steps in the entire restoration process once Crystal was done. I have reached out to Laurie Trombly, on multiple occassions for abatement, floods, fires, post construction cleaning, the list goes on and we always had someone on site immediately. I wouldnt dream of contacting anyone else, Laurie, Nick, Leo and the crew are caring, patient and compassionate with our residents at the housing authority, as well as prompt, thorough and knowlegable with the issues at hand. As usual you all are amazing.
Great fast service steve and his crew were there very quick to board up my house from fire after hours they also had there team there to clean up the water and mess left behind would highly recommend them
