Excellent service. They came late on a Sunday night when other companies told me they couldn’t get there. The workers stayed for several hours to help pump out water from heavy rain in basement. Will call them first if I need them again. Give them a call.
If I could give SIX stars, I would...I’m someone who is usually always prepared for everything/anything on the homeowners front, but I recently became a major basement flooding victim by the onslaught of rain/snow/melted snow from earlier this year. I frantically called around to get some quotes in terms of cost and timelines for workers to actually come out to save the day, but everyone I called was significantly more expensive than I had expected (likely taking advantage of the floodings going on all throughout the state), and/or they were already booked out for 1 to 2 weeks, which wasn’t going to work for the extensive damage I was looking at if the problem wasn’t...read full review
Our basement flooded Jan 21 when it was freezing outside. This was our first flood and Crystal Restoration responded to our call very quickly to set up fans and a dehumidifier. The manager, Nick, was very nice and helpful. Even though they received over 100 calls that weekend, they still treated us like #1, and I'm sure they have a great reputation for treating all of their customers that way, especially reading the other comments. Great service.
